At HIP Fitness you will get it all; Yoga, pilates, toning, cardio kickboxing and even bootcamp. Our classes are held in a wide open space giving you plenty of room to move and us plenty of room to grow. We offer one-on-one with personal trainer Janet Vauhn from Core Restore. There are 16 different classes to choose from each week. In addition, we will either add or change a class “just for the fun of it”! We believe in offering a variety to accommodate all ages as well as diverse fitness levels. Our instructors are certified through accredited fitness programs. Each instructor offers different levels of intensity with modification as needed. With each instructor you will get a unique experience showcasing their individual personalities and different styles of teaching.
